Start a recording
Name the routine and select each click or text action in the order it should run. Scroll normally when the task needs it.

Finish and review
Check the recorded steps. Rename the routine, trim unwanted trailing steps, or mark a target optional.

Return to the starting state
Open the correct application and put its content back at the point where the routine began, then choose replay.

Where Repliclick works
64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11 on the primary display. Standard desktop applications that expose controls or allow screen matching and simulated input.
Elevated, protected or security-sensitive applications can reject input from a standard desktop process. Repliclick reports the limitation and does not request administrator access.
Make it dependable
Edit a saved routine
- Rename routines so their starting state is easy to recognize.
- Trim a routine from a selected step when the ending is wrong.
- Mark clicks or text targets optional if they may not appear.
- Repeat a click a set number of times or until its target disappears.
- Adjust replay timing, retry behavior and visual-match confidence.
- Choose a stop shortcut and a maximum replay time.
Troubleshooting
When replay cannot find a target
Restore the application state
Open the same screen, document or record used at the start of the recording. Make sure the target is visible.
Check display and appearance changes
Major zoom, theme or layout changes can make a visual target harder to match. Restore the original appearance or record that step again.
Use retries deliberately
Enable retry-on-error when an application sometimes loads slowly. Do not lower match confidence simply to force a routine past an uncertain target.

Things worth knowing before you record
What happens when a window moves?
Repliclick first tries to find a saved Windows control identity. If that is unavailable, it searches for the recorded target appearance. A moved window does not necessarily prevent replay.
Which applications work with Repliclick?
Repliclick works with standard Windows desktop applications that expose controls or accept screen matching and simulated input. Elevated, protected or security-sensitive applications may block automation.
Does Repliclick support multiple monitors?
Recording and replay currently operate on the primary display. Keep the applications used by a recording on that display.
What happens if Repliclick cannot find the right target?
Repliclick stops when it cannot find a required target. If you marked the step as optional, it can skip that step and continue.
Does Repliclick record passwords?
Text is stored only when you deliberately create a text-input step. Recorded text is stored locally without separate encryption, so do not record passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive content.
Does it need the internet?
Saved routines can replay offline. Microsoft Store may need internet access for installation, purchase, licensing checks and updates.
